Accounts

One email address may hold one account. An address registered as a candidate cannot be used for an employer account, or the other way round. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your login.

Job ads

Every job ad is reviewed by EmpowerTeams before it appears on the site. We may edit an ad for clarity or decline to publish it. Ads must describe a real, lawful vacancy and must not require payment from candidates.

Candidate information

Employers receiving candidate information must use it only to assess that candidate for the advertised role, must not pass it to anyone else, and must delete it on request.

Fees

Recruitment fees are set out in a separate written agreement between EmpowerTeams and the employer. Candidates are never charged.

Availability

We aim to keep the site running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw features.
