What we collect

For candidates: your name, contact details, address, work preferences and the CV you upload. For employers: your business details, the contact person's details and your business address.

How we use it

We use candidate information to match you to roles, to prepare an anonymous profile for employers, and to contact you about applications. We use employer information to manage your account, your job ads and the candidates we send you.

What employers see

An employer sees a reference code and a version of your CV with your name and contact details removed. Your identity is released to an employer only after you have been shortlisted and you have agreed to the introduction.

How we store it

CVs are stored outside the public area of this website and can only be opened by our team and, once released, the employer who received them. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and cannot be read by anyone, including us.

Your choices

You can update your details or replace your CV at any time in your dashboard, and you can ask us to close your account and delete your data by emailing info@empowerteams.com.au.
